If your yesterday included someone "done you wrong", it made you mad! And every time you see them it makes you mad all over again! You may not be able to "get them back" the way they got you...BUT
1. REMEMBER what they TAUGHT you about trusting them - DON'T
2. Discard the emotional "roller coaster" influence they have on you when you see them
Don't give them your emotion- cause it doesn't hurt them ... but it does hurt you!
Instead of just getting mad...
3. The best REVENGE is to WIN anyway - THEY can't stop YOU!
They can ONLY piss you off!, make you angry, and cause you to look like YOU'RE CRAZY
3 Steps to Release Anger Energy
1. Deep Breath in and release 4 times s-l-o-w-l-y!
Release the breath with a curse word if you need to but Breathe it OUT
2. Drop your shoulders on the 3rd and 4th time you breath out
3. Shake your arms, move your head and shake your legs
- Release the anger energy
- If possible, take a short walk, even if its in the parking structure.
THINK...Stay on course for where you want to be or what you want to do...Find someone better to be with...you have OPTIONS!
